Changes: Features may change, be added, or removed during beta without notice.

No Guarantees: The platform is provided "as is" during beta. We don't guarantee specific outcomes or uptime.

You agree to use BodyMind only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission

Ownership: You own your data. Always.

On-Device Processing: Biometric data is processed on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

BodyMind and all related trademarks, content, and technology are owned by BodyMind Platform, Inc. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your beta participation.

Beta Pricing: Beta cohorts receive special pricing communicated at acceptance.

Billing: Subscriptions billed annually or as agreed.

Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Access continues through end of billing period.

Not Medical Advice: BodyMind is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

Not Therapy: BodyMind is not psychological therapy or a replacement for professional mental health care.

Results Vary: While we cite research showing 25% improvement in decision quality, individual results vary based on practice consistency and other factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

By You: Cancel your account anytime through settings or by contacting support.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
