These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the BodyMind mobile app and related services provided by BodyMind Platform ("BodyMind", "we", "us", or "our").

By using BodyMind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Wellness App, Not Medical Care

BodyMind provides guided wellness sessions, reflection prompts, and session reports for personal self-regulation routines.

BodyMind is not a medical device, diagnosis tool, treatment tool, therapy service, emergency service, or crisis service. BodyMind does not replace professional medical or mental health advice. If you have medical or mental health concerns, consult a qualified professional. If you may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Permissions

BodyMind may request camera and microphone permissions for guided session features. You can deny or revoke permissions in device settings, but some features may not work.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use BodyMind for illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the app or backend services
• access another person's account or data
• upload or submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through support or feedback features
• rely on BodyMind for medical, emergency, safety-critical, or high-risk decisions

User Content and Feedback

If you submit feedback, support messages, screenshots, or other content, you grant BodyMind permission to use it to provide support, diagnose issues, improve the app, and operate the service. You remain responsible for content you submit.

App Content and Ownership

BodyMind, including its interface, copy, icons, session flows, reports, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app according to these Terms.

Third-Party Services

BodyMind may use third-party services for authentication, backend infrastructure, diagnostics, feedback, App Store distribution, and other app operations. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of BodyMind at any time. We may update the app, these Terms, or feature availability as the product evolves.

Disclaimers

BodyMind is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or personal injury arising from your use of BodyMind.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using BodyMind at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the app.
